Mission

The Truffle Association of British Columbia supports the province's commercial truffle industry with an administrative framework and technical resources.

The associations membership consists of scientists, truffle farmers, truffle dog handlers and interested citizens. We meet formally once a year and on other occasions as the situation dictates.

11am : Visit a producing Bianchetto truffle orchard (tuber borchii) and participate in a real harvest with truffle dogs
2pm : Join truffle foraging teams Brooke Foochuk with Dexter and John Kelly with Macchi on a truffle foraging expedition in South Langley and taste some truffle hors-d'oeuvres in the field

Truffle Cooking Class

12pm-3pm : Truffle cooking class in Duncan B.C. at the Cowichan Green Community Hall, 360 Duncan Street

Chef Robin Jackson and Toivo Heyduck will lead a truffle cooking class and tasting featuring local Vancouver Island cultivated and wild truffles.
